How to write good quality concise answers?

There are four type of questions:

1. One word or one line Q&A.

2. Short answer questions whom you have to answer in around 200 Words.

3. Long Q&A whom you have to answer in around 600 words.

4. Essay type Q&A.

If we want to write good quality answers for them, how could we do it?

My specific problem is with short 200-250 marks question. For these questions, I usually know a lot of information as their scope is usually same as that of 600 words question, but has to be answered in 200 words.I usually end up writing 500+ word answer for 200 word question, ending up not being able to attempt all questions.

How to answer a question on ehich you could write 1000 words answer in 200 words while ensuring no information is missed out?

You cannot. The thing is to select the information most important. You take your best points and discuss them as extensively as possible in 200 words, discarding all the others. Those questions are usually not designed to test the breadth of one's knowledge, but rather to test whether one is able to make a coherent and convincing argument based on a few points.
