Who was the Hero of the Battle of Tippecanoe?

I believe it was General Zachary Taylor, who also had one of the shortest Presidencys ever. After he died, Tyler became President and his own party, I think it may have been the Whigs, deserted him. He also set the Precident that Vice Presidents become President after death or assasination. He had no party while in office, but towards the end of his presidency, he held a banquet and said, "Ha! Now I have a Party." He also gave us Texas.

I'm sorry, the correct answer is acually William Henry Harrison. You got all the information right, except you misplaced Taylor.

I always get those two (Taylor, and Harrison) mixed up because they were both generals and both died really early in their terms. So sue me. Those two are just lucky that anybody remembers them at all. Losers.
