With a Canadian born mother, I'm embarrassed to say that Pierre Trudeau is the only one I can name.
Just wondering, how many non Aussies here can name any Aussie Prime Minister?

It's Trudeau. I wonder when they'll elect a woman?

Kim Campbell was prime minister from January 4, 1993 – June 25, 1993. She became PM because Brian Mulroney retired from politics and she then won the leadership race for the Progressive Conservative party, which was the ruling party. She was not elected by the people of Canada. When and election was called the PC party lost the election and the Liberal party won a majority government under Jean Chretien.
