J-Mak, what do you think about this?
"Kings and Gods: imperial cult in Ancient Times"
*Egypt: the Pharaohs
*Mesopotamia: Gilgamesh
*Greece: from Achilles to Alexander
*Israel: The Messiah
*Rome: The Caesars
*Conclusion: power and religion
---------
Another one... my objective was childrens who were abandoned and became kings, but then i expanded to those who with a low origin became very important, usually "thanks" to gods or the saints, but mostly because merit:
"Childrens of the Providence: folk traditions and kinship"
*Sargon the Akkadian
*Moses
*(David)
*Romulus and Remus
*Cyrus the Great
*(Diocletian)
*(Basil I)
*Conclusion: merit and aristocracy (something like this)

This is really great!
Both of these would allow me to talk about a wide range of cultures as well as mention such topics I desired as religion and Akhenaten.
I am really considering the second one, thankyou for the suggestions.

Well i've done a change in the first group, the divine kings, Mesopotamia: Gilgamesh. Quote:

| In such case another topic would be:
"State and religious reformism in Antiquity: a conflictive relation"
*Egypt: Akhenaton
*Israel: Moses
*Mesopotamia: Nabonidus
*Greece: Alexander and the Ptolemies
*Rome: Octavius, Elagabalus, Constantine and Julian (... or from Octavius to Julian)

However, I'll have to do a little research on Greece and Mesopotamia.
Thanks.

Thanks. | a little research may not be enough, why not thoroughly do your research with no stones left unturned, this will give you a vast amount of history wealth that would give you a jump start on your intended project | | |

'A little research' was simple euphemism for the research I will do!

I would go for Mesopotamia! The first thing you need to mention is the etymology of "Mesopotamia" though. | | |

Although It would be an interesting topic, it being the mecca of ancient civilisation.
