How accurate was TimeLine


I never read the book, but heard it was really good. I did see the movie however. I'm sure all the characters are fictional... but apparently the basis of time travel in the movie is not to far from reality. Like time travel could really happen. In the movie they travel back to medieval France I think where some battle was going on.

I think time travel will be perfected sometime in the future, but that you will only be able to travel back in a parallel universe and you won't be able to affect how anything plays out. Kind of like you can just watch what's going on... you won't be able to go back in time and change history is what i'm saying.
