The entrance to Hatshepstu's temple is famous, a masterpiece. And she did other things as well.

any other suggestions?? | Hatshepsut, Thutmosis III (might well be dealt with in conjunction), Amenhotep III (leaves Akhenaton fluttering in the wind otherwise imo).
I'd also be thinking about using Ramses XI to bring things to close — long-reigned, fundamental shifts in how Egypt would be run from his day onwards (power sharing with the Amun High Priest in the south, the kingdom otherwise clearly oriented towards the north and the Mediterranean), and presided over the "Wehem Mesut", the "Repetiton of Births", i.e. an official Egyptian Renaissance project, which would then be reiterated from time to time (Late Period on occasion going back to outright copying of the Old Kingdom styles etc.).

Have not yet decided on how to end the video but Ramses XI is good choice for that. here is the updated version of the video Egypt New Kingdom - YouTube | | |

A part the already listed:
Horemheb is a good choice too [usually quite ignored].
And other Pharaoh who stays in the shadow of history is Sethi I.
Merenptah deserves a mention [just because of his famous stela].
I would add also Sheshonq I.
Regarding a closure, probably just he could be a temporal indicator of the trend that the Kingdom was taking.
