Priscus said that Attila had a big head, small eyes, flat nose, stocky, short and tanned skin. This is clearly a Mongolic description. How dare you guys alter history? What has this thread become? Stormfront? You guys want to live in lies. Be real. Priscus was there. He saw what we did not see. He saw Attila the Mongolic.
First of all did the OP apologize for his mistake. So no need to post such animpolite answer. But then to the Huns. There was certainly some mongolide among them and the way Attila is described insinuates that he was of mongolide habitus. The Huns collected on their way west so many ethnic splitters, that the majority was probably of non-mongolic habitus.

Among the Hunnic army on the Catalaunian fields was at least a half germanic, Ostrogoths, gepides, Franks, Burgundians, herules, Skirs, Langobards. Well, of course this wasn't different for the Roman army, which consisted of 50% Visigoths.

BTW, these Germanic clowns destroyed the Hunnic reign in 453/4 in the battle at the Nedao. They killed thousands of Huns, including Attila's son Ellac and chased the rest back into the steppes.

The reason why the Hun empire had many Germans was because the Huns from central Asia subdued and enslaved the German barbarians who were inferior to these steppe warriors.

Don't make up lies. Romans and Priscus were there. They saw who these Huns were and said they were of mongolic appearance. The German barbarians serving in the empire were slaves or vassals.

What a nonsense. Germanic elites were not subdued, but integrated into the Hunnic reign. Several germanic kings were logades at the court of Attila, e.g. Edico, Ardarich.

Your knowledge is impressingly......impressingly low or simply not existing.

lol. that is what the germans tell you. You need to learn real history and not be blinded by lies.

Attila was superior to the Germanic "Kings". They would tell their own people that they were "integrated" but let us be real. They were subdued against their own will. Attila was the man. He was the Scourge and these German "kings" were merely pawns for his disposal.

MY KNOWLEDGE IS LOW? Wtf? How can it be LOW when I quote from ROMAN HISTORIANS WHO WERE THERE? THEY SAW THE HUNS AND WROTE IT DOWN. THEY WERE MONGOLICS. What part of that do you not understand? You can't read?

you must be a time traveler to have seen how the Huns looked like. Forget Priscus. Forget Jordanes. Forget about the Romans who lived during that period.

Your words must be truth!

Not. Tell me, why should I take your word for what the Huns looked like? Why can't I take it from the men such as priscus who risked their lives to be in the presence of Attila and had the guts to write about his appearance and his men?

I see. You're an armchair historian and that alone makes you an expert in Hun history.

As if I have stated. You can choose to be blinded by LIES or you can see the TRUTH that is what separates the fake guy and the REAL guy in the REAL world.
