For me, it must be the Colossus, becuase like Yuppie said above, it's amazing they built such a thing, and in a fairly short time as well. Shame it lasted so short a time!

I think all of them are pretty much equal in my opinion. Although in different ways.

I think that the Hanging Gardens would be the most beautiful, while The Colossus and Pyramids would be the most awe inspiring

The Pyramids are my favourite, closely followed by the Hanging Gardens and the Colossus.

I would love to see two of them in their intact form
hanging garden of Babylon: how they managed the water supply issue? How can they water all the exotic plants in an arid environment? How big is the complex?
Lighthouse of Alexandria: this is really amazing. It is still hard for me to believe the ancients 2200-2300 years ago possess the technology to build a 40-50 story skyscraper which is NOT in pyramid shape.
