Some statisticians say that Sinatra records are responsible for more babies being conceived than any other singer. Would that be a reliable index of greatness?

Performer as a singer or performer as an actor? or in a musical? or in their respective musical genres? Or as pop idols?
This what Sinatra said about Elvis: "I'm just a singer. Elvis was the embodiment of the whole American culture." – Frank Sinatra
However at first, Frank Sinatra: His kind of music is deplorable, a rancid smelling aphrodisiac. It fosters almost totally negative and destructive reactions in young people.
"I remember Elvis as a young man hanging around the Sun studios. Even then, I knew this kid had a tremendous talent. He was a dynamic young boy. His phraseology, his way of looking at a song, was as unique as Sinatra's. I was a tremendous fan, and had Elvis lived, there would have been no end to his inventiveness." – B.B. King comparing Elvis to Sinatra.

Elvis, man. My mum and sister are huge Elvis' fans and I would not strictly say that I am, but when I listen to him, I get it.

If both men walked out on stage, same day, same year at different times, in front of the same audience, at age 38 and performed an hour concert, I think Elvis would fill the building with a little more charisma and electricity. He gets my vote easily.
