Great videos

I guess that you'd have to be a neuroscientist to know why we like music at all, but that Bobby McFerrin clip just shows that the Pentatonic scale, although very simple, is somehow cross cultural and everyone (except the truly tone deaf) gets it.

Here's a funny thing. A mate of mine wants me to record something Santana like for his next video effort. He's even borrowing me his Gibson SG with the obligatory P90 pickups! (A humbuckered Les Paul doesn't have the sharp, glassy tone P90's have. P90's are vicious!).

He is busy listening to our music to post any of his. But I must admit his musical taste is brilliant.
