ancient 3d reconstructions of world maps


hi id like to see that on the net, a virtual moving 3d version possibly with color of these maps like a hologram. is there any? I only know of the ancient greek disk model and I think I have seen a babalonian or summerian map. can someone provide a link thanks.

its been a month and no response, is this forum busy or what?
can i get a answer please? do these virtual reconstruction maps exist or not?

I'm not sure what you are talking about...present some examples..

I am not sure the Summerians or Babylonians had world maps as such, although based on your Homer example you want a 3d image showing tneir concept of the shape of the world, just like the Homer example.

I haven't seen any, but if I come across one I will post it.

That looks about right. I suppose the description of Achilles' shield counts for something, with the great ocean around the edge; in my slow process of re-creation of the shield, the constellations or asterisms had to be considered, and this arose:
