I am not particularly educated in art, but I do enjoy resting my eyes on a painting or two and contemplate the emotions and thoughts they convey.
If any member has any suggestions on painting, any favourite pieces of art, it would be nice to share with the rest of us and help us discover them.
PS: I am sorry if such a thread already exists, but I searched and couldn't find any.

I love looking and exploring the School of Athens painted by Raphael during the later part of the Renaissance.

Oh, so many, many that even the website that has about 14 hundred works here doesnt' nearly begin to cover it...
