origins of Agnikula rajputs.

Agnikulas claim origins from firepit and Agni deva, most of these clans have origins in Southern Rajasthan Abu region where hunas, sakas, greeks, kushans and many other tribes ruled for centuries. they also share their clan names with Jats, Gujjars and other martial Castes such as Chauhan and solanki. are Agnikulas are assimilated Rajputs/kshatriyas ?

Parmars are Agnivanshi and they are supposed to be of Brahmin origin. We should stop fetishising any foreign origin, that is a South Indian trait.

Garasias (Girasia - hill dwellers) of Rajasthan and Gujarat also claim to be Parmars. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parmar

Don't know why a brahmin descent is so important from people in North as well as South!

garasias are actually called dasiputras by other rajput. you can see heated debate between rajputs on this blog's comment section.

agreed. by foreign origin i mean those tribes who have scythian/kushan/huna/iranic heritage and not Indo-Aryan.

during my short visit to some of the older threads, i have noticed that some South Indians who have ancestory of Indo-Aryan clans tend to support OIT theory and deny Aryan Migration into India. while others are drividic centric who spend most of their time on Aryan bashing.

Royal clans! Royal clans keep on changing. Soldier at one time, a king at other time. But yes IMHO, Agnivamshis are assimilated foreign tribes and Nagavamshis are assimilated indigenous tribes.

Thanks, I think itbwas mostly Scythians, Kushans and Kamboj who mostly filled ranks of Agnivansha while Greeks, Partians and huns were minoority as they mostly settled and ruled in Modernday Pakistan and Afghanistan.
