Why only Japan, the Republic of Korea and the Republic of China became advanced?

Why Tailand, Philippines, Indonesia and other countries of Asia with capitalist system didn't achieve similar successes?

Because in the beginning all of the aformentioned successful countries had closed economies and applied protectionist measures to keep their sunrise industry safe from international competition

Singapore? Malaysia? Hong Kong?

If you'd looked at Korea in the 80s, it wouldn't have looked much different from those other countries.

Singapore and Hong Kong more developed as financial centres. Malaysia isn't the developed country.

Isn't it? It is 35th in the world in terms of GDP, and has a per capita GDP of around $10,000. It's not up to Western European standards but it's certainly there alongside Eastern Europe. I would say Malaysia qualifies if not as a top tier developed country than certainly as a top tier developing country.

As for your other points, so what if Singapore and Hong Kong's industries were financially based? They're stilll capitalist systems and your OP asked why other countries with capitalist systems in the region didn't fare as well.

There are bad people as well as some bad interest by usa. For example usa wanted some cheap liberty for solders like philipines. And usa wanted all country against communism so did not care about supporting bad people like marcos, saudi, shah, etc.

Even in south korea, it was that way util recently. I read website that there were like 100,000 reported but unprosecuted crimes by usa solders since the war. Based on that, I would say there probably was 1 million rapes because it does not do any good reporting plus even in usa it was not reported due to embarrassment back then.

I've had enough of these increasingly bizarre and outlandish assertions and so-called "theories". You're on the ignore list.
