Please prove it and not by boasting, but through facts and arguments. Not by stating that, because I say so.

@Litsol

Why are you still arguing with a person who doesn't even know the basics about the Vedas?Leave this thread sir,go search for a better one or create a new thread for yourself.Let this one die.
What you are saying is that only one Hindu caste has the divine right to become the rulers and Kings. What a castiest and elitist hogwash. And the name of your country "Bharat" was named because of this elitist viewpoint - a very very surprising thought indeed.

And who has given you the authority to propagate to others that this thread should die out because it goes against your thinking. This is not the first time that you and some others have tried to impose a pseudo-group, a la Cosa Nostra, mentality to force others to stop posting on this thread. Please stop doing that. Thank you.

There was no Saraswati civilisation that ever existed in the Indus Valley as there was no Saraswati river that existed in the river valley. No such great river with a name Saraswati has ever been identified in Pakistan and within the landmass of Indus River valley. Only Indus Valley Civilisation existed since thousands of years. The core of Indus Valley Civilisation is located in Pakistan whose people are proud of their heritage and 9000 years old history. The Indus Valley Civilisation had a bit of spill over in Iran, Afghanistan and Republic of India.

Excerpt from "The Ghaggar and Saraswati" by Suvrat Kher

Attempts by Sarasvati revivalist groups to use geological data to equate the Ghaggar with the Vedic Sarasvati have been compromised by the application of poor science and sins of exaggeration and omission. The propaganda however continues. A false geological narrative is being constructed and disseminated.

Excerpts

Is the Rigvedic Sarasvati to be identified with the Old Ghaggar? Waters from Satluj and Yamuna would have made lower Ghaggar a mighty river but in its upper reaches it would still be as inconsequential as it is today. It is noteworthy that the Rigvedic hymn (3.33) explicitly associates Beas with Satluj. Also, Mahabharata Adipawan (167.8) narrates a legend that when Rishi Vasishtha threw himself into Satluj with a view to committing suicide, the river broke into a hundred channels. One wonders whether the dry channels were already in existence and woven into the legend.

Literary references can only be suggestive; they cannot provide definitive proof. The best way to answer the above question would be to conduct rigorous scientific experiments to determine the hydrological history of the Ghaggar system and the neighbouring dry channels. It should be possible to determine with reasonable accuracy the epoch(s) when Satluj and Yamuna moved away from lower Ghaggar and when the latter reached its present pitiable state. If it turns out that Satluj and Yamuna ditched Ghaggar, say 10 millennia ago, Ghaggar would automatically be ruled out as a Saraswati candidate.

Rajesh Kochhar Blog Archive The Vedic Void: Understanding the Past Through Science (2004) - President International Astronomical Union Commission 41: History of Astronomy

The data also revealed that there was no change in the source area for the Ghaggar from a glaciated region to rainfall region which means that the Ghaggar has been flowing for the past 20000 years in the same channel-course originating from the Sivalik Hills.

Study carried out by J.K. Tripathi of School of Environmental Sciences, JNU, 2004

Satlej, Yamuna used to feed water to Ghaggar system, but in Pleistocene period, pre-10,000 BC, not later than that.

Sanjay Sonawani: Myth of the lost river Saraswati....!

It has been conclusively proven that Ghaggar-Hakra was never the Rig Vedic mythical river Saraswati. The current propaganda by hardline Hindu extremists from Republic of India to claim that Ghaggar-Hakra was Rig Vedic Saraswati is aimed at identifying Indus Valley Civilisation as a Hindu civilisation. It may be noted that the religion and language of Indus Valley Civilisation has not been deciphered so far. And the facts that are known indicate that this civilisation in essence was neither Vedic nor Hindu.

Excerpt

PERG has also established through the dating of sand dunes that, contrary to its description in the Rig-Veda text (which was transliterated by ICRG), the Ghaggar was not a large river, but a small one capable of providing water for agriculture only during the monsoon.

*”究ƒ—ƒ*‚‚‚ƒˆ

Even the Japanese study states unequivocally that Ghaggar-Hakra was not and could not be Saraswati of the Rig Veda.

The IVC therefore could not be Saraswati civilisation based on a river which did not exist in that area.
