Current Mood-

Indulge me for one moment. As an Agnostic, I don't really believe there is any proof that there is a god or not. There's something out there. Something divine that's created all life as we know it. I don't know what it is and, frankly, no one knows.

Now, for the past few days I've been toying with an idea that's very outlandish.

What if, some day, we learn that the god that we thought created the world was actually a Supreme Goddess? And she was the head of an entire patheon of goddesses?

However, I'm curious as to how the rest of the world would react to this news?

The Idea of God as a male was a metaphor in ancient society to show God held power. God is of course, not limited to any gender... Jesus is another matter

But still, think of the political outpour, man! That means that for the past 2,000+ years, we've been worshipping the wrong way.

I doubt many would take the notion lightly...
