With the recent winter snap that has seized control over the northeastern states, I found myself wondering about snow in the UK.

#1- Does it snow everywhere in the UK? I ask this because when I look at a map, the UK is on a higher latitude, sharing it with the northern states that has snow during the winter. And by everywhere, I mean there are no areas of the UK that has no snow? I always imagine it to be a very cold country. What's the hottest temperature you all get?

It was Red Dead Redemption. I honestly never thought I would see my area of historical interest venture farther than the 1880s at most.

I am what you'd call nutty and eccentric with a passionate love for history.

My interest is random and all over. Sometimes its a thousand years ago, or two hundred years ago or even as recent as 61 years ago.

I always dream about writing two mystery series set in 1773 and 1850 respectively. The trouble is that my interest flies off before I even have a chance to write it.
