Ordinary Men

For my political anthropology class we've been assigned the text "Ordinary Men" by Browning. It's been such a tough read to get through, not because it's dry or not well written like some historical texts I could name but because it is the exact opposite, so vivid that at points it makes me want to cry. Especially the first action the men in the 101 Battalion had to take part in in Josefow (sp?). The recollections of the leader of the battallion--Trapp--reacting to what he had to order...

Welcome to my blog. Who knows what I'll write about in here. Probably a little bit of personal matters, a smattering of historical topics and things I find interesting, trying to get into freelance writing a little recently so perhaps some articles before I put them out there. Maybe those who feel generous enough can give me some reviews/advice on them....

Now I have something to ponder for a bit.
