There was a time
when it arched serenely
on the sky.
dazzling my eyes with its enchanted
seven colors
which I never managed to count
And..
I wanted for another sunbathed rainy day,
to assure myself
that its colors
were really seven
Now...
I don't care if its colors are seven
or less
I only want to find
the pot of gold hidden exactly
where it meets the ground.
The above poem is in memory of my mother who has passed away. She had written and published the above piece.
