Here, I will post a review of Noam Chomsky's "Who rules the World"?

Per usual, Noam Chomsky covers American and world foreign policy, history, and re-iterates some of his usual points.

William Polk (son of noted diplomat Frank Polk, and distant descendant of President James K. Polk) is a noted foreign policy consultant who is referenced by Chomsky in this work.
