Lord George 1793 document

Hello:

I purchased this document and am curious to know if anyone knows what it's really talking about or the type of document.
I can make out 1793 and Lord George over Great Britain.
I just received it and haven't had a chance to try to transpose it and write it out.
For now it is framed.
Any thoughts is appreciated....
Thank you.

As best I can make out from a poor photograph this an indenture of deed made in the seventh year of the reign of King George the First (i.e. 1734) between a Jan Wemp and ---- Brant . I can make out the word Schenaghtaday twice - once under the bold-printed word 'betweene' and also the last word on the seventeenth line.

I am wondering if this is the famous Jan Wemp, the Master Builder, who built Fort Hunter at the mouth of the Schoharie River, west of Amsterdam near Albany New York? There is also an association of the family with the Wemp Dutch Barn in this area.

PS - Jan Wemp signs himself phonetically as 'Yan Wemp'. I also note that the document has not been signed by witnesses.

We'll have to go through it line by line. Instead of posting pictures of an entire page, try to get a very clear picture of maybe 5 or 6 lines and we can start with that.

As it stands now, I can get a lot of bits and pieces, but clearer, higher resolution pictures would be a huge help.

The first line with unreadable words being represented by _____

"This Indenture (sp?) _____ made and Concluded the Twenty fourth day of _____ In the Seventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second (of? over?) Great Britain..."

It starts getting tricky after that.

My camera angle is limited so it's hard to post only a few lines, but I did each of the 2 pages in 6 quadrants for a total of 12 pictures....
