To clear it, by this:
"Is wrong to assume, that the GNP would have the same (or almost the same) ratio between the two half of the empire?"

I meant, that compared to the GDP. So if say the ratio of GDP between Austria and Hungary is 63,25/36,75, as I previously wrote, than the same would be true for the GNP.
So Austria generates 63,25% of either the GDP or GNP, and Hungary generates 36,75 of either the GDP or GNP.

In my opinion, in the case of the AH empire, GDP and GNP are the same, or similar.

And yes, the proportions you wrote are correct.
