The Reformation
The expansion of the Spanish Empire in the New World
The Religious Peace of Augsburg.
If I just had to choose 3 in general, on the list or otherwise

Alcibiades | Ultimately not very important.
The Protestant Reformation did way more than merely split Europe. It was the first step in the slow decline in the power of religious institutions. It also created publics comprised of commoners for the first time. The effects of the Protestant Reformation are more strongly felt then the changing dynasties of any kingdom or empire.
