More audio on 1641;

BBC - History - Wars and Conflicts - Plantation of Ulster - Engish and Scottish Planters - 1641 Rebellion

New study which has analysed likely veracity of many of the depositions;

1641 Rebellion massacre reports based on hearsay, study shows - The Irish Times - Fri, Feb 18, 2011

"However, the IBM-supplied software, specially adapted to deal with the 19,000 pages, showed that “believeth” and “thinketh” and the phrase “hath credibly heard” appear far more frequently than “saw” or “witnessed”."

Pure shite article by McCausland, typical of his type of self righteous creep. No mention at all of the fact that the settlers had displaced the locals from their homes and lands as a reason for the attacks.
