On this topic I've learned Scotland, England, USA (as it was discovered not conquered) and Germany never have been conquered? What do you think? Kind regards.

England was definitely conquered by William the Bastard in 1066. Germany was conquered(under the name Prussia) by Napoleon but only for a few years.

Germany was 100% occupied at one time in its history... not too long ago, remember? | | |

I think you're a little (very) wrong. England never being conquered? It's been conquered multiple times. And Scotland has to (Although possibly while not known as Scotland - my memory is hazy). And Germany? I think you're forgetting something.
The only one that comes to mind is the US.

Scotland has never been taken over militarily by a foreign power, at least I don't think. I don't think Sweden or Iceland have been either.

Could count, but with tons of small technical arguments (like the Native Americans, etc).
How about Australia?

How about Australia? | Since it's independence? No. In it's history? I'd argue the British did.
Hm. Nepal? | | |

Same could be said about the US regarding Native Americans though.
Wasn't Nepal subject to India or China at one point?
