What about Transilvania? Its a historic part of Hungary where as far as I know still live many Hungarians. After the fall of communism did they get their land back or is there any chance to make it autonomic region like it was before?

They live in the middle of Romania, as you perhaps know, troll, and please just make a visit with your ID (we are in the EU), and see how bad they are treated and how bad they feel in Romania. What they have is already a small Hungary, but is their own, not dictated from Budapest. Look at the websites on where they are majority and think at your own country. This is just an example: http://www.covasna.info.ro/71_baraolt/.

Good to hear that there are some countries that respect minorites and Im glad that Romania is one of them, unlike for example Lithuania or Belarus.

Why during communism Transilvania was autonomic region and now in free Romania it isint anymore?

those living in larger concentrations near the Hungarian border and those in the Székely land (around half of the Hungarians in Romania live in the Székely region) are still strong lively communities. Unfortunetly the ones living in the scattered communities are on the way of dissappearance and i'm afraid will have the fate of Saxons, only their memory will be left there in the long run. The Székely have active autonomist movement and have a very stubborn mentality so i have no worries about them. Romanian politicians reject the concept of territorial autonomy claiming Romania is an unitary state, but i personally don't find it totally hopeless as i noticed there are strong regionalist sentiments among ethnic Romanians also, so who knows...

For a tourist trip i also warmly recommend you to visit Transylvania, beautiful nature (i'm a big mountain and forest fan), rich wildlife (and sometimes dangerous, watch out for the bears!) and the several historical buildings (old medieval downtowns, castles, and overall the mixed ethnic heritage, even if it not always protected enough) + its still reasonably cheap at least compared to Western and Central Europe.

why asking about Transilvania makes me troll? You could have talking about your wallahian, German or Gypsy blood and it was ok. But there in Romania live also people who have different blood. Asking for them is considered trolling in your Daco-Roman eyes?

My Id was valid till dezember 2011 and I had no time to make new picture and new ID. Will have to do it soon.

to be honest, pesonal i have no problem to give them authonomy. but thinking about souroundings lack of minoritar rights(including hungary, never speaking about obsolete polish), i think szekelies have already too much rights
why should kentakerous peoples as polish and hungarians have more rigths than germans, for example? it is their turan or "sarmathic" blood deserve for extra?!!!
