Ante Pavelić

I've just been reading about the Croatian Fascist leader. Why doesn't he get more press? the man was a monster, and I've never heard of him until now. It seems he's bypassed the limelight of the most evil men during WW2

He's an architect of the old maxim of genocide:

Convert 1/3, Expel 1/3, and murder 1/3 of your internal enemies. (He was speaking specifically about the Orthodox Serbs).

I'd say it's cause he was a puppet of Germany and Italy in most respects. Also the Balkans has a very violent history, and Pavelic is just one of the many stains.
