Who, in your opinion, was the worst man in the history of the world?

I know many of you are going to say Hitler, but personally, I think it was Joseph Stalin.

Ivan the Terrible was a cruel man, although the number of lives cost in his name were not nearly as staggering as Stalin. He did wage holy wars against people from his own country.

The worst man in recorded historys name will never be known. This is because this man recognized the opportunity to do great deeds to help a vast number of people, but decided not to act. Villians in our history believe that they are right in what they are doing and took the risk of trying to make things right (in their own minds). The worst man knows what is right in his mind.. and still doesn't do it.

Very interesting... like someone knowing a cure for AIDs but just sits back and doesn't tell anyone?

I have 3 nominations.
1 is the guy who invented Bureaucracy.
2. Whoever invented plastic. Plastic will destroy the earth because eventually, everything will be made out of plastic and we won't be able to get rid of it. Once everyone is dead, plastic will still be here.
3. Whoever invented computer Spam and Pop ups.
