There is a disconect that I have never understood. The Silent Generation is identified with the 50's even though it was their generation that caused all the change in the 60's. The Baby Boomers get identified with the 60's although we were just spectators. Seems mixed up

What can I say - I was raised, educated, prepared for...a lie. And I saw the crash of it and what this did to people.
So, maybe I don't mind the X-term... for me it stands for a big crossed out sing on a piece of paper...so a big cross over a big utopia, illusion, whatever you want to call it.
Now I don't put anything on the paper so nothing can be crossed over.
So there!

Well, technically I should be in the Millennial Generation ('82) but because my only sibling is older than me and therefore a part of Generation X, I think I identify more with that group.
