I don't know the exact percentages and it would be impossible to track anyway for all of us since we can't see our ENTIRE family history so I'm doing it before they came to america.

Ashanti- Apparently on my dad's side they came here freely and not as slaves. So that's cool

Some South African- On my Mother's great grandfathers side.

Native American- My Great Grandmother is full native american. She had a farm and died a few years back. Was never able to ask her what she belonged to but oh well.

Italian- My Ashanti ancestors hooked up with the Italian ones.

My Last name is Moore. Meaning Dark skinned which my Ashanti grandparent took.

English and Irish. Feel no connection with my Irish side, though.

My surname is a mystery. Some sources seem to think it's Anglo-Saxon, others say it's Welsh/Celtic in origin. I'm guessing it might be the latter.

My father has Greek origin and my mother is 70% Macedonian. The rest is Bulgarian (I hope)

I'm from Bahrain.....I'm Arabian. Belonging to the Arab Tribes called "Huwala", its a collection of Arab tribes that settled in southern Iran, toward the north of the Gulf, but then migrated back to Arabia, in all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia/Kuwait/Bahrain/Qatar/UAE/Oman) some 300-400 years ago....

A notable thing about Huwala tribes, is its "exposure".....they were exposed to Persians given their settlement, Indians and Europeans (through trade routes), and ofcourse they retained their Arabian traits, religion, looks, customs, traditions...

My mother is from Shiraz the center of the Fars province in Iran and my father from Jahrom, a town south of Shiraz. All I know about my genealogy is that my ancestors have been living there at least from 300 years ago, my maternal grandparent was a local Feudal and my paternal grandparent was a farmer/oral historian.

Fars Province is the land of Persis, or Persia proper.

Mostly German with some English, Irish, Scottish, and possibly French. Not too sure about that last. My grandmother was possibly illegitimate - there's some doubt about what happened there, and in 1897 you didn't talk about such things - so it depends on whether or not her 'father' was in fact her father.
