Assess the reasons for the October Revolution

Hi there. I am new to these forums so forgive me if I make some coding error or something! I write a lot of essays for history at my uni and decided to share them with others on the net to help people out and give them some ideas.

I am not saying they are consistently excellent but I think they are generally of a decent calibre. I have just posted my first free history essay and the title is, "Assess the causes of the October revolution." I would love it if some of you had time to read it and give a few comments! Thanks guys - the essay is at this link - October revolution essay

I shall be adding a new essay every day from now on so keep checking back and give some feedback. Click the image to open in full size.

It appears to be legitimate. Blogspot is a mainstream blogging site and there are no obvious advertising links embedded in the essay.

freehistoryessays, I'll let this stand since it is history related. But please do not create any more new threads for the sole purpose of advertising your blog. You are more than welcome to participate in the forum as a member and keep the link to your blog as part of your signature.

Thank you,
Pericles

Ok fair enough Pericles but can I create a new post each time I put a new essay on my blog?

It depends how often you do it. If you create a new thread every day I would consider that as spam. However two or three times a month would be all right.

This appears to be some sort of advertised plagiarism.

If any of you are students - ignore it.

Chookie what on earth are you talking about? First of all you claim it is advertised - there are no adverts on the blog so i don't see how this can be. You claim it is plagiarised yet it is my personal essay that I have published - therefore you are incorrect again. Please do some research before you flame my personal blog.

Thanks for the reply pericles - i will try and update twice a month or so then.

I think what Chookie is trying to say is that when you offer free essays, it wouldn't take much for a student at a high school or university to get access to the work and then copy portions, or even all of the work. If you want to share your essays I have no problem with that...but to offer "free" essays could suggest that you want people to take what you have instead of them working to finish an essay. As a teacher, this is extremely disturbing to me...and knowing my university colleagues as well, they wouldn't be too happy about it either.
