Baron von Steuben - trained and disciplined Continental Army. Arguably saved the revolution at least biggest contributor to the cult of personality around Washington.

Napoleon Bonaparte - pretty much gave us Louisiana since France couldn't protect it any longer. If he hadn't it would be a separate commonwealth country or at least a part of Canada and sub sequentially US wouldn't be the power house that it is today, possibly get re-annexed to the British Empire.

Hideki Tojo - ordered attack on Pearl Harbor which brought us out of Depression and made us superpower.

Winston Churchill - showed the US what Stalin was really doing with the promised 'elections' in Eastern Europe

Adolf Hitler - aside from obvious reasons, Hitler pioneered the mass media through the use of movies, television, radio and other means. Modern filming methods were invented by the Nazi's. Also ordered the Autobahn to be built which Eisenhower stole and put in the US after the war.

Joseph Stalin - going back on his promises (which were somewhat reasonable, if it was anyone but Stalin i'd agree with them putting up puppet states) and aggressive attitude started the Cold War. His ghost can be found in a chubby little bastard in North Korea.

Hard one, but have to choose Alexander I of Russia. He took Finland from Swedes in 1809 and attached us to his empire as autonomic part. That resulted in feeling of patriotism and feeling us to be a nation thus making our independence possible in 1917.

I would go with Claudias because of him wanting to invade this country and set it up for it's roman period and and pushed the locals to the edge of the country and evntually having the area clear for new people to conquear when the romans eventually left

Queen Anne foe combining the crowns of England and scotland and making sure the crown didn't go to cathalics

Also Henry VIII for his change to a english church.

Then's there is lots for the world wars and the losing of the empire

I will choose two categories for that:

1.non-Israeli Jew
2.foreigner

1.Personally, my choice is Albert Einstein.
He was a Zionist Jew who contributed both spiritually and materialistically to the State of Israel, when it was at its infancy. When the State of Israel was created in 1948, he received a proposal to become the nation's first president, but politely declined the offer. He is considered a hero of Jewish culture and one of the greatest Jewish people to contribute to the progress of humanity. In Israel (and of course, worldwide), his achievements still inspire young folk and adults alike, in pursuing a life of science.

2.This one is unexpected, but I couldn't think of anyone else (kinda sad).
Giovanni Rosso, Croatian-Italian footballer, playing many years for various local teams ***facepalm*** .

hmmm, nope.

Sorry, but these diplomatic acts were a necessity, rather than works of high virtue. It's just the way we see it through Israeli eyes.

And the football player was "high virtue"?

Kinda makes me wonder why the U.S. has been giving so much support and taking so much abuse worldwide for all these years then.
