which cemetary has been in use the longest?

Or burial ground.

And for how long was that?
It doesn't have to be from any specific culture or religion.

The Protestant Cemetery of Rome(notable "residents": P.B. Shelley and John Keats), used with continuity since the XVIII century, is adjacent to a Roman burial site, famous for the Pyramid of Cestius(12BC), the tomb of an important magistrate and epulone of the Republic

As TJ Adam has pointed out, it may be the mount of olives. Another old cemetery is the one in Medina which prior to becoming a Muslim cemetery was also used by the Jews.

That's how I interpreted the o/p. Which cemeteries are still in use, rather than just the oldest.

I was thinking of which were or are used for the longest time. Not necessarily THE longest. Just for a very long time. I was thinking of the Urnfields at the time.

The Urnfield culture (c. 1300 BC750 BC) was a late Bronze Age culture of central Europe. The name comes from the custom of cremating the dead and placing their ashes in urns which were then buried in fields. The Urnfield culture followed the Tumulus culture and was succeeded by the Hallstatt culture.
