Question Need help for this historical question !!!

Is Pant/Shirt/Coat an explicitly a "Western dress" ? Where does this dressing came from? I heard that it is actually Ottoman Empire's influence on Europe because tie came from Turkey (Ottoman) etc? So anyone knows anything regarding the history of "dressing" etc ?
