SalahThe 3rd Century AD was a period of change, turmoil, and brutal warfare in the Roman Empire. It was an era of short-lived emperors, murderous plotters, and bloodthirsty soldiers. It has also bee woefully understudied in comparison to Republican and Julio-Claudian times, yet it laid the foundations for the late Roman Empire and saw the rise of Christianity as the faith of the common people of the Empire. This is a group for any and all Historumites with a special interest in the Roman Empire and its rulers, army, culture, and religion between 200 and 300 AD.
