Sarah Pernell's first book, "The Gift and the Promise", set at the time of the Norman Conquest was published by Piatkus (London) and now, ten years in the making, Sarah has published her second epic novel as an e-book which follows the fortunes of the direct descendants of the characters in "The Gift and the Promise" over a hundred years later.
Future books will see this family's progress through the centuries to the present day. Sarah is currently working on an epic novel that takes us into the First World War. Additionally, "The Gift and the Promise" will be re-released in the full unabridged version.
Synopsis

Biography
Sarah Pernell is a Londoner born and bred, now living in Rugby. She is married with two grown-up children.
Sarah has always been fascinated by history, particularly the early mediaeval period, and was prompted to write her first novel after reading one so poorly researched that she felt she just had to do better.
