Well, the price is that's fer sure. If you had a Amazon prime membership you couldn't resist. They're like the Borg, resistance is futile. The 7 & 8" ones are so cheap they sell them in family packs of 3 .

Yea, I got something like that, hardly ever use it. I don't like things in my ears.

Gotten used to them while at work as they act as ear protection as well.

I've got quite a collection of hearing aids the VA has given me over the years that i don't use. Have given away a couple of pairs to old guys that wanted them but couldn't afford them. Just me but I don't like anything in my ear. Part of my aversion to earphones is also situational awareness. Like to hear what's going on around me. It's a vet thing I guess.

Agree with the situational awareness thing. These don't really block a lot of that so it's not to bad.

Prefer speakers but that's not always useful to me at work as I need to talk to clients and vendors as I go through my day. And they do cut down a bit on the noise from my power tools.

It't all a compromise.

I tried Amazon Prime for a month. It's amazing how easy I found it to resist renewing my membership.

I thought I would be excited about e-published stuff. But I am not.

I wish I was, actually. Enjoy that and thanks for the tip!

Mostly faster shipping is the benefit. And far from the cheapest for hard goods after rolling in the Marketplace.
