David Stevenson's 1914-1918: the History of the First World War


Just came across this book, and was wondering what was its academic value. Is it a trustworthy source?

I found his earlier book "With Our backs to the Wall:Victory and Defeat in 1918" quite good. He's definitely one who's been studying tworld war one for some time.
