I often think about writing a book but then remember Stanislaw J. Lee's advice: 'Sometimes you just have to stop writing. Even before you begin.' Besides, who would want to read 500 pages of avonite??

Richmond is okay. Melisende and I are one eyed Collingwood supporters. I think there was some one else who barracks for Richmond here, and one of those interstate teams from WA, but cant remember who
Just as well you said you would still like me then eh....

Hey we can both barrack for Melbourne Victory - winners of the premiers cup, and Victoria, winners of the Sheffield Shield.

I know, I know, I am way off the topic, so everyone, dont start complaining.
Maybe I will write a sporting book

Re: Have Any of You Ever Written a Book?

While in college I took a creative writing class which spurred me on to write.

While not a book, I did write several short stories with a factual historical basis to it.

I have written a contemporary historical novel - published this January - and according to the feedback it's a real page turner.
