Bang Rajan

Who here has seen Bang Rajan? It came out in 2000.

It takes place in 1767 and is about the Burmese attempting to capture the capital of Siam. The small Siamese village, Bang Rajan, stands in their way.

It's a very good film showing a few Siamese standing up to the Burmese despite being severely outnumbered. It is completely in subtitles.

I saw it a few months ago and was impressed. I recommend it if this interests you.
