The story of the ships coming from war torn Europe delivering refugees to Palestine against the orders of the British administration was a courageous story.
However, it also calls attention to the fact that people aiding the Palestinian cause are using the same method of traveling in unarmed ships carrying humanitarian aid trying to enter Gaza whose autonomy is contested by the state of Israel. The parallel is controversial to say the least.
Show them the movie Exodus but be prepared to answer some questions...
