I have just been watching Mike Loades on youtube about weapons that made Britain. He did a good program about the sword and the battle of Barnet. I had never seen any of his programs before and I have found him to be very interesting. I am certainly going to give Kelvingrove museum a visit.

Saw this last night. Very good program. Will have to rewatch it, since I missed a few parts. But a very good basic overall of different aspects of Medieval life, from weaponry to everyday cleaning. I like the point he makes at the end about how Medieval people were not the primitive savages we often think of them as.
