I love Les Miz! Its songs were wonderfully written and perfectly sung(at least on Broadway). It was said that Les Miserables is the most compassionate book ever written, and these songs do it justice, at least in that regard. In comparison, Phantom is just one self-absorbed psycho who was trying to have what he wanted at all cost. Not even close.

I can't wait, Les Mis is my favourate musical and all you uncultured heathens who have never seen it are missing out in a big way.

Please refrain from judging untill you have seen it or at least listened to some of the songs.

I have seen it at least 5 times at it remains my favourate musical by a long way.
