History in Films and on TelevisionHistory in Films and on TV - Documentary Films, Historical Dramas, and history programs on PBS and the History Channel
Hello there, I have a question, particularly for the British BBC-viewers.
Though I'm Belgian, I like to watch BBC documentaries. I regularly watch them again on Youtube.
Some years ago, there was a series about a man still living as a victorian. Of course he knew about modern technology and how to use it, but his hart and his mind were all victorian. I had the chance to see a few chapters of the series but I'm hungry for more.
Problem : I don't know the name of the series neither of the main character ( not Adam Hart-Davis ). It was about a man around the age of 60, quite small, little bit corpulent, wearing glasses.
It mainly was about the technology in everyday life ; that man was also the presentator of it.
I know, very little information, but I hope someone could help me in my search.
Damn, I haven't visited this site for a while...
By coincidence, I found what I was looking for,
and guess what ? It's Fred Dibnah indeed !!!!
So Nemowork and Triplesod, though I didn't notice your help,
thanks anyway for your efforts.
