The new World Trade Center movie.

What are your thoughts on this new World Trade Center movie? This is the second 9/11 movie to come out this year.

It looks better than that 9/11 movie that come out a few months ago. This one is based on a true story about a police offer or two stuck in the rubble of the collapsed buildings.

The 9/11 thing is so played out. They've made a dozen[literally] films about this. It happened, get over it. Harsh but true. They need to stop dwelling and dredging up these horrible memories[for some people]. It's just ridiculous how many movies they've made on this one subject. Played.Out.

Is this how people are to be remember from here on? Are we to make a movie everytime an event like this happens, and get it wrong and piss people off? Surely we can think of other ways. I'm sure the people who lost their lives on those planes would not want to have their last hours on Earth relived by some damn actors getting paid to do it. People's threshold for decency is getting lower and lower.

Well there is a very nice memorial at the base of the former World Trade Centers to honor those who lost their lives. But I do get where you're coming from with hollywood always trying to cash in on something because it's a good story.

If they're going to make a movie about this they should have given it 15-20 years.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss ProfP
