Worst historical film?

Let's head for the bottom here! What was the worst historical film of all time? This can't be something like A Knight's Tale, where they deliberately introduce anachronisms for humorous effect: it has to be a serious work of historical fiction or documentary that is so poorly conceived, researched, or directed, that it makes you cringe.

To get things started, I'd nominate Troy. Gag. Retch. Ptui. Turning Briseis into a feminist heroine was totally lame, the battle scenes were laughable, the ships ranked down there with Ben Hur, and if anyone came at me handling a weapons like Sean Penn did, I'd have him down before in less than a second.

300 was even worse, but let's not go there...

I'd say the Escape from Sobibor movie can fit into this category and Saving Private Ryan.

Windtalkers....where to even begin with this one. The Thompson machine gun you never have to reload thank god we had Nicholas Cage back then to wipe out half the Japanese defenders by himself or we might have never taken Saipan...I also like how combat always stopped at night for them to set up camp ect. No the Japanese never lanched night Banzai attacks or tried to infiltrate the line on Saipan no they never did that ....
