The first snippet looks like heraldry: guy's title, year he held office, ...

1) Convert the document to text ... there are free downloadable Latin OCR readers you can use (I've had kind of mixed results).

2) Maybe you'll get lucky if it's "modern" Latin. Try Google translate. It's pretty decent with French, German, & Italian ... but is worse than a highschooler with Latin. It's worth a shot.

3) Attack the Latin --
a) I don't think I like this one: https://en.eprevodilac.com/prevodilac-latinski-engleski
b) This one is difficult to use: Latin Dictionary Online Translation LEXILOGOS >>
c) This is my favorite, but it's a dictionary and you have to work your way through declensions, etc. It's very nicely done: https://www.online-latin-dictionary....mma=QUISQUE100

this is a church visitation record (canonica visitatio), the church sent out an official with a set of questions to assess the condition of the community in a given place. The ad 1, ad 3, etc are the answers to the set questions 1,2,3 etc in this case it is about a village called Ruszka Kánya. After many numbers you can see "nihil", that is for those questions there was no info, or they lacked those things there which were asked. The first part is about the personel ( starts with ad 1 the parish priest is Joannes Hubály appointed by the Byzantine* bishop in 1731 up to this time to this parish... ). this continues to the second page, where the second part (Ecclesia) is as i could understand about the phisical condition of the church building? But my Latin is very bad (and my church Latin is null so could easily lead to misunderstanding) so i hope somebody with a good Latin can help the thread starter.

*that is the greek catholic or uniate church
