Help deciphering a 17th century probate and inventory

I wonder if anybody here might be able to help me decipher this probate and inventory from ~1618 - Pellamounter Will - Imgur. As far as I know, it is all in secretary hand. First and foremost, I want to get the first page done, before moving on to the inventory later. Here are my attempts so far - http://i.imgur.com/t2tDPNT.jpg.

Also, does anyone know if there is anywhere/anyone that provides transcription services for such documents?
