Looks to me as chemmical outfit. Could be a firefighting outfit, but it looks as if it is chemmical protective outfit.
By the way i've checked out here I don't know if the info is credable, but it looks like Iran truly have some nice equipment.

Actually i will by no means like to be in shoes of Iran government, they have ugly decision to make:
fight > lose war -> sell oil sources to USA companies
or
surrender without war-> sell oil sources to USA companies ...
Flexing in this case is pathetic, unless u have nukes and on they bad they not have them ...

They march like Nazis!! Theocratic militaristic posturing for what is an army roughly in line with Saddam's, pre Gulf war.
I think you'll find that a country like Luxembourg could take them out.

Iran have some modern anti-air weapons in its arsenal.

 I've only seen North Korean and Nazi soldiers march like that. And only the Nazi's had any of the real power to back up such ridiculous marching.
Not even soldiers in the archaic times of the 19th century marched like that. 
I saw those suits being used by the Russians in CoD: Black Ops.
PS: Black Ops is set in the 60's.
