Eating estrogenic plants alters hormones in monkeys, may increase aggression and sex
Potatoes increase testosterone, that's why the Catholic Church opposed their introduction, though they only knew the external effects. Sugar and simple hydrocarbons are also not good for chastity.
On the other hand according to the Muslim book The Perfumed Garden by Sheik al-Nafzawi, a treatise about sex, people who indulge in the activity often should eat nutritious foods like honey, eggs and meats.
People who can't or don't want to have sex should probably stay away from sugary sweet foods since they increase sexual desire, some fasting is also good.
